Woven Ribbon Labels

Woven labels are naturally woven in a ribbon pattern. When the sections of the labels are cut, they are rolled in a ribbon. Ribbons are good for patterns or logo’s sewn in long strips, but are not a cost saving measure if you plan to cut the ribbons. Ribbons cut with scissors will fray. Manufacturers have processes that cut the labels by fusing the cut sections. This prevents the labels from fraying.
