All of our Woven Label products are custom and produced from scratch, meaning we weave everything including the background at the same time. Our professional label specialists analyze all details in your custom woven label request and note down specifications so that the products we provide are of high quality. Choose from woven Taffeta, Satin or Damask. Taffeta is a more sturdy, stiffer material and has more coarse stitching where it can look bulky. Satin has more of a sheen and can feal more shiney. Damask is premium quality and is thinner in diameter from 30 denier to 100 denier thickness. Your labels can be washable in all temperatures. They will not fray and can be sewn by hand or by sewing machine.

For color selections, our Design will have many color selections and you can select a custom pantone. We have over 3,000 thread colors in stock and can match most colors. Pantone colors make the process much smoother.

You can choose two quote options. If you need to create your own design, please use DESIGN button and start designing your label with your choice of colors, dimensions, type of cut/ fold and simply choose your quantity and process your order directly or receive a free quote with samples.

If you have your own logo design, you can click on UPLOAD to attach your logo as a .jpg, pdf, or png file. Then you can customize and select your dimensions, type of cut/fold and other options and select your quantity to purchase or to receive a free quote.

You can select as few as 100pcs. and note that piece cost drops dramatically with volume as the amount of time for 100pcs. is almost the same as 10,000pcs. All of our products are OEKO-TEX certified and we use 100% recycled yarn made from polyester.
